NAAM and BEN leadership have carefully curated books that center, reflect, and affirm Black children with a special emphasis on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
We invite all Comcast NBCUniversal employees to purchase the curated book packages that will be hand-delivered to youth in partnership with
Graduate Tacoma and The Carl Maxey Center.

Instructions for how to purchase book packages
Once you click on the purchase link, it will take you to the myImpact portal. Log in to your homepage.
At the top of the home page, click on the “Matching Gift” tab.
Click the blue “Donate Today” button.
Type: “Northwest African American Museum” into the search bar.
Fill out the document to donate in increments of $25 and have your gift matched.
In the Designation Note section, please type in one of the following that refers to the book set you wish to sponsor:
KIP: Pre-K-1st Grade Book Package
KIP: 1st-3rd Grade Book Package
Fill out your card information and hit submit!
